|Recommended: YesGREAT PLACE TO LIVE — Absolutely great place to live. Beautiful community. Absolutely wonderful staff always friendly. Maintenance is great, work orders are answered promptly and efficiently. Sole issue I would raise is the absence of cameras. That is the only concern. Cameras would solve a lot of issues for this community. It is a pet friendly community so you always have things like people not picking up after their pets as well as your car getting hit while it’s parked and there is absolutely nothing that can be done about it, no cameras.

But, just by how friendly and helpful the staff were is 5 stars We started the move in process about 4 months ahead of time and they’ve walked us through the entire process providing assistance for anything we needed Not to mention how professional and clean the complex is. We have always had problems with moving into a new place but they make it so easy, they do installations They have proper communication, the places are also very nice for the price which is rare these days

|Recommended: YesTitle — If you have small children and can’t keep them quit then you should live on the first floor and the staff should ask these questions because the hell you have to go through to get something done about it is not worth it

|Recommended: YesNew Home — Moving in with the help of Theresa has been so easy From the time I first contacted them, through my time on the waiting list for the apartment I preferred, right up to picking up my keys. I had an opportunity to go to a brand new complex but chose this one which is fabulous btw because of the care shown by the staff. I'm excited about living in my new home

Staff was phenomenal in assisting me with the process to move in. I worked with Megan, and she was a gem in getting all the paperwork situated and answering all my questions.
